TRAVEL DIET PLAN

AIRASIA ROAD TO 2018 FIFA WORLD CUP - healthy travel food

AIRASIA ROAD TO 2018 FIFA WORLD CUP – healthy travel food

Eat Healthy While Traveling. So a few things you can do before you head to the airport to prepare are:

  • Bring an empty water bottle or thermos to fill up after you pass through security.

  • Make lettuce wrapped sandwiches or avocado stacks wrapped in parchment paper sealed inside a quart size ziploc bag. All of your food will be going through security so never use aluminum foil.  Use lunchbots or glass storage containers for flights.

  • You can bring dips and sauces as long as they are in a 3.4 ounce container or smaller and stored in a ziploc bag. Instead of that, I always have handy to go containers of almond butter and love bean fudge.

  • Pack fresh fruits and veggies like avocado, bananas and apples. Just make sure you wash them and slice them before hand and store them in a ziploc bag.

  • Dried fruits and raw nuts work great as well. You can make yourself a homemade trail mix and add some shredded coconut and maybe even dark chocolate 🙂

  • Be sure to remember to bring with you napkins, moist towelettes, and disposable utensils to be able to eat all of your delicious grub.
